This is by far my favorite exercise! Your glutes are your biggest muscle group which simply means “it’s going to be noticed”. Hip thrusts are a great way to reduce cellulite, lift and tighten your butt and overall feel more confident. Form is important when it comes to this exercise so please make sure you understand how to do it properly.

I promise this works! Think outside the box. Choose one of your favorite songs and add some exercises to it. Make it a routine. Choreograph something fun that also elevates your heart rate and burns calories. For example, I created a work out dance using exercise bands to the song “Cupid shuffle”. It’s such a fun way to incorporate working out into your schedule as well as getting the kids involved!

You heard me, get in a class! This is the BEST type of exercise you can do for yourself. Why? Accountability (PERIOD). Classes keep you going regularly, building relationships, motivation and just simply it’s fun! It may seem intimidating at first but it’s definitely worth it.

There is a reason why pulses are so effective.  They get into the muscle and continue to burn until the exercise is complete. The Burn is where the muscle is created. Including pulses into your work out will maximize the burn and sculpt your body.
