Hip Thrusts
This is by far my favorite exercise! Your glutes are your biggest muscle group which simply means “it’s going to be noticed”. Hip thrusts are a great way to reduce cellulite, lift and tighten your butt and overall feel more confident. Form is important when it comes to this exercise so please make sure you understand how to do it properly.

Dance
I promise this works! Think outside the box. Choose one of your favorite songs and add some exercises to it. Make it a routine. Choreograph something fun that also elevates your heart rate and burns calories. For example, I created a work out dance using exercise bands to the song “Cupid shuffle”. It’s such a fun way to incorporate working out into your schedule as well as getting the kids involved!

Sauna
Did you know all of the health benefits a sauna can provide? Although it’s relaxing it can also boost your circulation, alleviate chronic pain, reduce joint stiffness, and even strengthen your immune system. Pretty wild right? Next time you’re at the gym, take a few minutes to sit in the sauna and soak up the benefits.
